Terms and Conditions

Important: All applicants are recommended to read carefully the visa policy, disclaimer, and these terms and conditions. The applicant confirms that he has read, understand, and agree to all of these terms by pressing the “I agree” button or equivalent indication.

• All applicants must have a passport with a minimum validity of 6 months and at least one unused visa page before submitting a visa application
• Applicants who do not hold a national passport must indicate their passport type in the relevant field of the online application. Each applicant must choose the correct type of visa. Applying for the wrong type of visa may result in rejection;

Make sure all supporting documents for a particular type of visa are uploaded to the online application. All visa application requirements are calculated based on general criteria and may vary based on various factors including but not limited to the information provided by the applicant;

• Applicants must apply for a visa ten days before the estimated date of travel and two months for persons and applicants whose countries fall under the visa reference category;

Once the online application form has been submitted by the candidate, no further changes are allowed. Therefore, applicants should check and confirm the information before submitting the online application form;

• In the event of a visa refusal, the immigration authority has the right to state or not to state the reasons for the refusal of the applicant;
• In the event that a visa permit/visa issuance notification has been issued, the applicant cannot request to postpone the permit or change the date of its validity;

Applicants are not expected to arrive in the (applicable) country before their visa application is approved. If for any reason the applicant arrives prior to such approval, he or she may be required to pay a non-refundable applicable visa fee;

• If the applicant is granted a visa, a Visa Granting Notice will be issued indicating the start and end dates of the visa which the holder must comply with;

Notification of visa issuance is not the final authority for entry in any country as the immigration officer at the point of entry has the final authority to decide on entry based on reasonable grounds;

No Refund Policy

All visa fees are prepaid, non-refundable, and non-transferable. The non-refundable policy applies in its entirety and is not limited to the following circumstances;

• If the visa application is rejected.
• In case of cancellation of visa application after submission for own reasons.
• If the applicant cancels or postpones the trip for important reasons after the visa approval/issuance decision has been issued.
• In the case of double payments, if the applicant applies for another visa with the same treatment or with a different type of visa before the first submitted visa application is processed.
• In the case of double payments, when applicants arrive before their online visa is approved and the immigration officer at the point of entry makes them pay for the visa on arrival.
• Did not receive the visa grant notification in the email. NB: Applicants are advised to track the progress of their application online using the credentials they submitted when filling out the visa application form.

Responsibility

The Department of Immigration Services is not responsible for travel delays or cancellations caused by events beyond the Department's control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, national emergencies, or other related events.;

Delivery Time

We strive to meet delivery times but do not guarantee delivery times. We will not be liable in any way or for any amount for any delay or loss caused by events beyond our control or control including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, wars, acts of public enemy, civil commotion, strikes, or acts or Government inaction (including government websites delaying our outages).

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of those country's government officials and personnel. We are not and will not be responsible for the acts or omissions of any government in any country. Processing times for tourist visas, passport renewals, and photography services are provided by us as estimates based on our experience with the relevant authorities. We are not and will not be responsible for the processing time. Visa requirements for each country in terms of visas are determined by the respective country's government and are subject to change without notice. Although we strive to provide complete and current information, we cannot guarantee that the information provided is complete and current. We are not and will not be responsible for such information.

Warranty Disclaimer

Use of the service is at your own risk. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Usage Restrictions

Without limiting any other remedy, OnlineVisa, at the suggestion or direction of IMMIGRATION or its customers, will limit, suspend, terminate, temporarily or permanently disable or prevent user accounts or limit or deny the user's use of the services, deny access to its websites, delete content contained in -host and take technical and legal steps to remove users from the website if OnlineVisa believes that the user is engaging or attempting to engage in any kind of unusual use or abuse that causes legal problems or obligations that may or may not function in accordance with normal use

Content License

OnlineVisa has taken the necessary steps to implement and maintain security practices and procedures to protect user information from unauthorized access, corruption, use, alteration, disclosure, or corruption. OnlineVisa has appropriate security mechanisms and policies in place for the use, storage, and protection of user information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, OnlineVisa is in no way responsible for events that occur regardless of these measures, safety practices, procedures, safeguards, and policies.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Immigration Service reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the applicant to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.
