If you wish to cancel your visa, a refund is possible in the following cases:
- After you make payment, we will process the order immediately. (NOTE: Refunds are available if your application is not processed or forwarded to immigration for further approval.)
- Insurance-related cancellations will not be considered again after the order has been processed/policy documents have been sent based on your approval.
- No refunds will be processed once your application has been approved by the country's visa issuing authority (i.e., the visa has been submitted). You have to follow the rules.
- After we have processed your application within 24 hours which has not been received by immigration or paid to immigration, a standard deduction fee of 35% will apply if you wish to withdraw the application
- If you wish to cancel your visa application after 24 hours, we only refund the amount post deduction of the visa fee (after deducting service fees and bank fees).
- If you wish to cancel your visa application after 24 hours but we have forwarded it to the embassy, the fee will not be refunded.
- We will not be able to refund any money if the visa reached the immigration department. The refund only is processed until we have command over that application.
- For each approved visa that the applicant wishes to cancel, a cancellation fee (if applicable, only) must be paid to the immigration office and we charge a service fee for the cancellation.
- Additional services such as RT-PCR, insurance, and airport transfers are provided by third-party providers and are all prepaid services. In case of refund, standard deduction or maybe no refund will be made depending on the terms and conditions of the service provider.
- Refunds will not be processed in the event of a refusal if you have submitted an alternative or previously to another service provider/travel agent in the state system.
- Due to the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic. There are cases where the immigration authorities will not approve the e-Visa or cancel the e-Visa approved for certain nationals without prior notification. Therefore, onlinevisa.uk will not make a refund in such cases from 1 February 2020 until further notice.
- However, Service Fee, Express Service Fee, and Transaction Fee are non-refundable.
- If the visa application is cancelled/rejected by the embassy, the fee will not be refunded.
- If the embassy asks for additional documents and you have not submitted them, which is why the visa application was rejected, the fee will not be refunded.
- You can cancel your visa application by contacting us through our service line or by contacting us by post. onlinevisa.uk will not, under any circumstances, refund 3-month payments made by credit card.
